Sons of Anarchy 5.12 “Darthy” Review
You should appreciate Jax Teller for this that he is in denial no more. The SMARCO president admitted his new and coward ways on Darthy, considering them as a part of fate and responsibility as he said to Bobby that gavel corrupts and that a person cannot sit on president’s chair without becoming a savage. The interesting part is that he said these words just minutes after he wrote to his children that he is going to make them proud and he will no longer act as a coward or a fraud or a killer. He will try his best to become a man whom his father tried to become.

Speaking of Jax, he has forgotten thinking of everything and is living exclusively for the purpose of bringing Mr. Mayhem down on Clay. Such rage which generated by the feeling of revenge is stopping him to become a ‘good’ person for his family and his club. At this point he is also likely to take Pope’s advice and remove that feeling of restlessness. Every aspect of Jax’s life is now a mess as Irish deal has gone very south, Tara’s case is being handled by ex-U.S Marshal, Tig promised Pope between 24 hours and Wendy looking for taking the custody of her son.
When Jax thought of a ‘beautiful life’, he was thinking of leaving SMARCO behind and settling with Tara somewhere. Now it is very bothering for ex and performing every extreme and violent act to be one step ahead from those who are seeking to bring him down. As Jax is becoming more desperate and darker every minute, Clay is left to simply wallow for some time, at least, before he makes his new plans. Ron Perlman and Kurt Sutter have done a perfect job in Sons of Anarchy Season 5 in depicting a real human aspect of ex-President and adding depth in a character that was cold and calculating last year. I am not feeling necessarily bad for Clay and I will cheer very loud when Jax will take him out eventually.
So after watching this week’s show here we are; Jax is on his way to a war path, Clay is working on running to Belfast, the Irish people are after SMARCO, guns are running, trading of drugs is going on and the person who is in charge of all of this is out of control. This is all we have with one episode remaining.
